ClientFirst Minerals arranges the sale and purchase of mineral rights. We do not offer leases. Our clients receive a lump sum payment for the assets they choose to sell, eliminating the wait and uncertainty of receiving royalties over time. Our accurate assessment of the productivity of mineral resources ensures that our purchase prices are what we believe to be fair and competitive.

WHAT TO EXPECT WHEN WORKING WITH US


The ClientFirst Mineral Rights team is focused on providing clients with detailed step-by-step information throughout every stage of the process. We know that selling some or all of your mineral rights is a big decision, and we're here to guide you to a satisfactory conclusion. Our mission is to “simplify the sale” of your mineral rights.

1. Explore Your Options

  • You describe your owned or leased mineral rights
  • We describe the process to sell all or some
  • We both determine our interest in a sale/purchase
  • We describe the process for moving forward

2. Reach A Verbal Agreement

  • We speak with active buyers in your area
  • We solicit interest and offers
  • We share our research with you
  • If there is interest from us both, we offer you a price per acre
  • You decide whether to accept the offer

3. Sign The PSA

  • We mail an “Oil And Gas Purchase & Sale Agreement”
  • You review the Agreement and ask any questions
  • You sign and return the Agreement in a prepaid mail envelope

4. Await Due Diligence

  • We conduct a title search to confirm your acreage and ownership
  • We bring any discrepancies to your attention
  • If the title is clear, we schedule a date for closing
  • We mail or email the closing documents to you

5. Receive A Check

  • The closing is held (you are not required to be there in person)
  • You receive a check for the actual acreage and at the agreed-upon price per acre
  • You celebrate and tell all your friends about the sweet deal you just made!
